A delightful and crunchy homemade granola packed with oats, almonds, and cranberries, perfect for breakfast or snacking.
Ingredients

- 3 cups Old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup Almonds, chopped or slivered
- 1 cup Dried cranberries
- ½ cup Honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup Coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the rolled oats, chopped almonds, and ground cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Combine honey (or maple syrup), melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt in a smaller bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well-coated.
- Spread the granola mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Add the dried cranberries after baking and let it cool completely.
- Store the granola in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
Notes
For a nut-free version, substitute almonds with pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds. For a sweeter version, add dark chocolate chips post-baking.
