Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Unfold the puff pastry sheets and roll them out gently. Cut circles using a biscuit cutter.
- Place the pastry circles into a greased muffin tin and prick the bottoms. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Combine heavy cream, freshly grated parmesan, and minced garlic in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens (5-7 minutes).
- Mix shredded chicken, spinach (if using), and Alfredo sauce in a bowl until well-coated.
- Fill the pastry cups with the chicken and Alfredo mixture and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
