- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup Key lime juice
- 1–2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp Coconut flakes
Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather and measure the ingredients, peel and slice bananas if they’re not frozen.
- Blend the Base: Combine bananas, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, and key lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Sweeten to Taste: Taste the smoothie and add honey or maple syrup, blending again briefly.
- Add the Flavor Layer: Stir in graham cracker crumbs and coconut flakes, blending gently until just combined.
- Serve and Garnish: Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with toasted coconut and mini graham crackers if desired.
