- 4 ripe nectarines
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the nectarines: Wash and cut them into wedges, removing the pit.
- Blend the nectarines in a blender until smooth.
- Mix in the Greek yogurt until fully combined.
- Sweeten the mixture with honey and lemon juice to taste.
- Chill and freeze the mixture in an airtight container for about 4 hours.
- Scoop and serve the yogurt, garnished with mint leaves if desired.
