Ingredients
- Mini Sausages (or Hot Dogs)
- Puff Pastry
- Honey
- Soy Sauce
- Garlic Powder
- Sesame Seeds
- Egg Wash (1 egg + 1 tablespoon water)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the puff pastry according to package instructions.
- Cut the pastry into triangles or rectangles, about 4 inches wide.
- Make the glaze by whisking honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder together.
- Assemble the pigs in a blanket by dipping sausages in glaze and rolling them in the pastry.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Dip in glaze once out of the oven for added flavor.
