Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of pizza dough
  • 1 cup of sliced pepperoni
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle on garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  4. Scatter the sliced pepperoni evenly over the dough.

  8. Pinch the ends of the dough closed to seal it.
  9. Place the log seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  11. Cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
