Description

A delicious fusion of jalapeno poppers and pizza served over crispy fries, topped with a creamy jalapeno cheese sauce and fresh ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag Frozen French Fries
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 23 Jalapenos, diced
  • 1/2 cup Cooked Bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • Fresh Cilantro, for garnish
  • 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake according to package instructions for 20-25 minutes.
  2. Combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir in diced jalapenos and season with salt.
  3. Fold the crumbled bacon into the cheese sauce.
  4. Transfer the fries to a serving platter and drizzle the jalapeno cheese sauce over them.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and return to the oven for about 5 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and drizzle with pizza sauce before serving immediately.
