- 1 bag Frozen French Fries
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2–3 Jalapenos, diced
- 1/2 cup Cooked Bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- Fresh Cilantro, for garnish
- 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the frozen fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake according to package instructions for 20-25 minutes.
- Combine the cream cheese and shredded cheddar in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir in diced jalapenos and season with salt.
- Fold the crumbled bacon into the cheese sauce.
- Transfer the fries to a serving platter and drizzle the jalapeno cheese sauce over them.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and return to the oven for about 5 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and drizzle with pizza sauce before serving immediately.
Notes
Feel free to customize the ingredient amounts based on your preference. For a healthier version, use low-fat cheese and baked fries.
