Description

Transform ordinary fries into a flavor explosion with Loaded Pickle Ranch Fries topped with pickles, ranch, and gooey cheese!

Ingredients

  • Frozen French Fries (1 lb)
  • Pickles (1 cup, chopped)
  • Ranch Dressing (½ cup)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
  • Green Onions (2, sliced)
  • Cooked Bacon (½ cup, crumbled)
  • Sea Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the bag of frozen fries, usually around 425°F (220°C).
  2. Bake the fries in a single layer on a lined baking sheet until golden brown and crispy, about 20-25 minutes.
  3. Gather toppings like chopped pickles and sliced green onions while the fries are baking.
  4. Mix ranch dressing if making homemade by combining mayo, buttermilk, lemon juice, and herbs.
  5. Add shredded cheddar cheese, chopped pickles, and crumbled bacon on top of the hot fries.
  6. Bake again for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Finishing touch: drizzle ranch dressing over hot fries and add green onions with a sprinkle of sea salt and pepper.

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute with vegan cheese and coconut bacon. Leftovers can be reheated in the oven for extra crispiness.
