Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prep the Brussels sprouts by rinsing, drying, cutting off tough ends, and halving them.
  3. Season the sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs for an even mix.
  5. Spread the sprouts on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  7. Final touch: Cool slightly, then sprinkle with extra Parmesan and optional lemon juice.
