Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prep the Brussels sprouts by rinsing, drying, cutting off tough ends, and halving them.
- Season the sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs for an even mix.
- Spread the sprouts on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Final touch: Cool slightly, then sprinkle with extra Parmesan and optional lemon juice.
