Ingredients
- Frozen French Fries
- Thinly Sliced Steak (Ribeye or sirloin)
- Onion (yellow, white, or red)
- Green Bell Pepper
- Garlic (freshly minced)
- Provolone Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the Fries by preheating your oven according to the package instructions. Spread fries on a baking sheet and ensure they’re in a single layer.
- Season Your Fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss and bake according to the package instructions.
- Sauté the Steak and Veggies in a large skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.
- Add Garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Build the Fry Mountain by piling fries on a serving platter.
- Cheese, Please! Layer on provolone and mozzarella, then return to oven until cheese melts.
- Finish and Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh parsley on top.
