Description

Ingredients

  • Frozen French Fries
  • Thinly Sliced Steak (Ribeye or sirloin)
  • Onion (yellow, white, or red)
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Garlic (freshly minced)
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Fries by preheating your oven according to the package instructions. Spread fries on a baking sheet and ensure they’re in a single layer.
  2. Season Your Fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss and bake according to the package instructions.
  3. Sauté the Steak and Veggies in a large skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.
  4. Add Garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
  5. Build the Fry Mountain by piling fries on a serving platter.
  6. Cheese, Please! Layer on provolone and mozzarella, then return to oven until cheese melts.
  7. Finish and Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh parsley on top.
