Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken Breasts, shredded
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Diced Onions
  • 2 cups Pretzel Bites, crushed
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the chicken; season raw chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then cook until fully cooked, about 12-15 minutes, and shred.
  3. Mix the ranch dressing, cream of chicken soup, diced onions, and shredded chicken in a large bowl.
  4. Add half of the shredded cheese to the mixture.
  5. Assemble the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Prepare the topping by mixing crushed pretzel bites with remaining cheese and melted butter.
  7. Top the mixture with the pretzel topping.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Serve and enjoy after letting sit for a few minutes.
