Description

Elegant, fresh, and bursting with flavor, these cucumber bites are the perfect light appetizer. Creamy dill-lemon spread paired with silky smoked salmon atop crisp cucumber slices makes this a crowd-pleasing, no-cook favorite.

Ingredients

Scale

24 cucumber slices (¾-inch thick)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

1 tsp lemon zest

½ tsp fresh lemon juice

¼ tsp ground black pepper

4 oz smoked salmon, cut into 2-inch strips

24 fresh dill sprigs (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the dill cream: In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.

Assemble: Place cucumber slices on a platter. Top each with about 1 tsp of the dill cream mixture.

Add salmon: Twist or fold a strip of smoked salmon and place it on top of each cucumber bite.
