Description

These cucumber sandwich wheels are a refreshing treat perfect for tea parties or casual gatherings, filled with cream cheese and fresh cucumbers.


Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices of bread

Instructions

  1. Prep your cucumbers: Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  2. Mix the filling: Combine cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Prepare the bread: Cut off all crusts from bread slices.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mix on one side of each slice of bread.
  5. Layer on the cucumbers: Arrange cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese.
  6. Roll it up (if using wraps): Roll tightly if using wraps and slice into wheels.
  7. Cut into wheels: For bread, cut sandwiches into quarters or triangles; for wraps, slice into rounds.
  8. Garnish and serve: Add extra dill on top and arrange on a serving platter.
