- 1 large cucumber
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (or to taste)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices of bread
Instructions
- Prep your cucumbers: Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- Mix the filling: Combine cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Prepare the bread: Cut off all crusts from bread slices.
- Spread the cream cheese mix on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer on the cucumbers: Arrange cucumber slices on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll it up (if using wraps): Roll tightly if using wraps and slice into wheels.
- Cut into wheels: For bread, cut sandwiches into quarters or triangles; for wraps, slice into rounds.
- Garnish and serve: Add extra dill on top and arrange on a serving platter.
