A vibrant and colorful smoothie bowl made with dragon fruit, mango, and topped with your favorite ingredients for a delightful breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe dragon fruit (pitaya)
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any milk of choice)
  • ½ cup spinach (optional)
  • Toppings: Chia seeds, sliced fresh fruit, granola, and shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Peel your dragon fruit and mango. Slice the dragon fruit lengthwise and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Blend it up: In the blender, add the dragon fruit, mango, banana, and coconut milk. If adding spinach, toss it in now! Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste test: Always taste before serving! If needed, add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
  4. Pour and serve: Pour your smoothie into a bowl and create a beautiful swirl on the surface.
  5. Get creative with toppings: Sprinkle chia seeds, shredded coconut, and arrange fresh fruit slices on top.

Notes

This smoothie bowl can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Add rolled oats or nut butter for a more filling meal.
