Description

Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch Pie Crust
  • 45 Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your pie crust and place it in the fridge.
  3. Slice the tomatoes and lay them on paper towels with salt to draw out moisture.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise, shredded cheese, chopped basil, and green onions in a bowl.
  5. Layer the tomatoes and cheese mixture in the pie crust until all ingredients are used.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
