Ingredients

  • Fresh nectarines: About 6 cups sliced (roughly 6-8 nectarines)
  • Granulated sugar: 1/2 cup
  • All-purpose flour: 1 tablespoon
  • Rolled oats: 1 cup
  • Brown sugar: 1/2 cup, packed
  • Chopped pecans: 1 cup
  • Unsalted butter: 1/2 cup, melted
  • Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash and slice your nectarines, removing the pits. Toss them with granulated sugar and flour.
  3. Pour the nectarines into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, flour, pecans, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Drizzle in the melted butter and stir until combined.
  6. Evenly sprinkle the streusel topping over the nectarines.
  7. Pop the baking dish in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  8. Let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
