Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag frozen French fries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix your cooked chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Transfer the creamy chicken mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
- Arrange your frozen French fries on top of the filling in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until fries are golden brown and filling is bubbly.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Feel free to customize with your choice of vegetables or add cheese for a richer flavor.
