Deliciously tender steak bites infused with rich garlic butter, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • 45 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 12 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by taking the steak out of the fridge for about 30 minutes before cooking. Mince the garlic and chop the parsley.
  2. Cube the steak into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and dry them with paper towels for a better sear.
  3. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil until shimmering.
  4. Sear the steak pieces in a single layer for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
  5. Add minced garlic and butter when the steak is almost done. Baste with the melted butter.
  6. Finish by removing the steak from the heat, garnish with parsley, and baste again.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Pat steak dry before seasoning for a perfect sear. Let steak rest before serving for better flavor.
