Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Roll out the gluten-free crust on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut the dough into squares, about 4×4 inches.
- Place a generous scoop of the apple filling in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over to create a triangle shape and crimp the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash or dairy-free milk.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
