Ingredients

  • ¾ cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients. In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour and salt. Whisk them together to ensure everything is well-blended.
  2. Add the wet ingredients. Create a well in the center of the dry mix and pour in the oil and warm water. Mix with a spoon until a shaggy dough begins to form.
  3. Knead the dough. Transfer the dough to a clean surface and knead it gently for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Let it rest. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for about 15-30 minutes.
  5. Roll out the tortillas. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces, roll each into a ball, then flatten and roll into circles about 1/8 inch thick.
  6. Cook the tortillas. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each rolled tortilla for about 30-60 seconds per side until lightly browned.
