A vibrant detox smoothie that combines spinach, banana, green apple, and refreshing mint for a nourishing and energizing drink.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 Banana, peeled
  • 1 Green Apple, cored
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Mint
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Coconut Water
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by washing your spinach, cucumber, and mint. Peel and chop the banana, and core the apple. Prep work is half the battle!
  2. Layer it right: Add the spinach to the blender first. Then toss in your banana, green apple, cucumber, and fresh mint.
  3. Add the texture: Sprinkle in those chia seeds.
  4. Hydrate it up: Pour in the coconut water.
  5. Crank it up: Add a handful of ice and blend on high until smooth.
  6. Taste test your smoothie!
  7. Serve it up: Pour into a glass and garnish with mint or chia seeds.
