- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/4 cup Fresh Mint
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Start by washing your spinach, cucumber, and mint. Peel and chop the banana, and core the apple. Prep work is half the battle!
- Layer it right: Add the spinach to the blender first. Then toss in your banana, green apple, cucumber, and fresh mint.
- Add the texture: Sprinkle in those chia seeds.
- Hydrate it up: Pour in the coconut water.
- Crank it up: Add a handful of ice and blend on high until smooth.
