- ½ cup Bourbon
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Black Pepper, to taste
- Green Onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine the bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Whisk until well blended.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat Your Griddle: Heat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and let it warm until shimmering.
- Cook the Chicken: Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the hot griddle. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on one side.
- Glaze with the Marinade: Brush reserved marinade over the chicken after flipping. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Rest the Chicken: Remove from griddle and let rest for about 5 minutes.
- Slice and Serve: Slice into strips or serve whole, garnished with green onions.
