Ingredients
Scale
- 4 slices of Bread (Sourdough, Whole Wheat, or White)
- 4 slices of Cheese (Cheddar, Gruyere, or Pepper Jack)
- 1 cup Leftover Brisket (Sliced or Chopped)
- 2 tablespoons Butter (for Grilling)

Instructions
- Gather your ingredients, ensuring everything is readily prepped for a smooth cooking process.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread generously for a golden crust.
- Add one slice of bread butter-side down to a heated skillet and pile on the cheese until it’s generous.
- Layer on your leftover brisket, chopped for even distribution, and top with more cheese.
- Cover with another slice of bread butter-side up and cook until the underside is golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook for another 3-4 minutes, adjusting heat as needed until perfectly golden and melty.
- Let the sandwich rest for a minute on a cutting board before slicing for a cleaner cut.
