- 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
- 1/2 cup of brewed coffee
- 1/4 cup of toffee bits
- 1–2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whip the cream in a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add in protein powder and powdered sugar, gently folding them into the whipped cream.
- Pour in the brewed coffee slowly while mixing on low speed.
- Mix until everything is well blended but still fluffy.
- Fold in the toffee bits, reserving some for garnish.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
Notes
Serve in individual cups with a sprinkle of toffee on top and drizzled with chocolate for an extra touch.
