A delightful blend of coffee and toffee, this Protein Coffee Toffee Fluff is a sweet treat that packs a protein punch, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • 1/2 cup of brewed coffee
  • 1/4 cup of toffee bits
  • 12 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Whip the cream in a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add in protein powder and powdered sugar, gently folding them into the whipped cream.
  3. Pour in the brewed coffee slowly while mixing on low speed.
  4. Mix until everything is well blended but still fluffy.
  5. Fold in the toffee bits, reserving some for garnish.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.
