- 1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare your springform pan by greasing it.
- Prepare the graham cracker crust by mixing crumbs with melted butter, pressing into the bottom of the pan, and baking for 10 minutes.
- Infuse the cream cheese by blending until smooth, adding brewed Earl Grey tea.
- Add Greek yogurt and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Incorporate sugar and protein powder gradually, ensuring a smooth mixture.
- Mix in the eggs one at a time on low speed to maintain airiness.
- Bake the cheesecake filling over the crust for 50-60 minutes, until set yet jiggly.
- Cool the cheesecake inside the oven with the door ajar, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
