A luscious tropical dessert combining ripe mangoes and passion fruit puree with Greek yogurt for a creamy, protein-packed treat.
Ingredients

- 2 medium-sized ripe mangoes
- 1/2 cup passion fruit puree
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon gelatin or vegan alternative
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare the mangoes by peeling and cutting them into chunks.
- Make the passion fruit puree by blending or using pre-made puree.
- Blend Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and mango chunks until smooth.
- Prepare the gelatin by sprinkling it over cool water in a small bowl to bloom.
- Mix in the gelatin by gently heating until melted, then combine with the mango mixture.
- Chill in serving cups for at least 4 hours until set.
- Serve with additional passion fruit pulp, sliced mango, or toasted coconut if desired.
Notes
This recipe can be made vegan by substituting Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and using agar-agar instead of gelatin. It can also be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
