- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup protein powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toast the walnuts on a baking tray for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the rolled oats, protein powder, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
- Combine the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and toasted walnuts in a separate bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking tray, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely before breaking into pieces.
