Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Protein Powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 250g Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 cup Espresso or Strong Brewed Coffee
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by lining a baking dish (about 8×8 inches) with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Mix in the protein powder until well combined.
  4. Add the mascarpone cheese followed by the brewed espresso or coffee.
  5. Sweeten with maple syrup or honey, stirring until fully incorporated.
  6. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to enhance flavors.
  7. Spread the mixture into the prepared dish with a spatula.
  8. Sprinkle the top with cocoa powder for the classic flavor.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
  10. Slice and serve once set.
