- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Prepare your workspace by lining a baking dish (about 8×8 inches) with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in the protein powder until well combined.
- Add the mascarpone cheese followed by the brewed espresso or coffee.
- Sweeten with maple syrup or honey, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to enhance flavors.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared dish with a spatula.
- Sprinkle the top with cocoa powder for the classic flavor.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
- Slice and serve once set.
