Description
A delightful and nutritious treat combining refreshing flavors of raspberries and hibiscus tea, perfect for an afternoon snack or dessert.
Ingredients
- Fresh Raspberries (2 cups)
- Hibiscus Tea (2 cups brewed)
- Greek Yogurt (1 cup)
- Honey (1-2 tablespoons)
- Chia Seeds (2 tablespoons)
- Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Brew the Hibiscus Tea: Start by brewing your hibiscus tea. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, then remove from heat. Add 2-3 hibiscus tea bags and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes. Let it cool down to room temperature.
- Prepare the Raspberry Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine fresh raspberries and 1 tablespoon of honey. Gently mash them with a fork just until they are lightly crushed.
- Mix the Yogurt Base: In another bowl, mix your Greek yogurt, remaining honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble the Cups: Grab your serving glasses. Start by layering the raspberry mixture at the bottom, then spoon a layer of the yogurt mixture on top. Repeat these layers.
- Chill and Set: Place your assembled cups in the fridge for at least an hour.
- Serve and Enjoy: Garnish your cups with reserved raspberries and perhaps a sprinkle of chia seeds.
