- 4 ripe Fresh Peaches
- 8 ounces Burrata Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1–2 scoops Protein Powder (optional)
- a pinch of Salt
- Fresh Herbs (Basil or Mint) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the peaches by washing, cutting in half, and removing pits.
- Drizzle olive oil over the peach halves, followed by sprinkle of salt and honey or maple syrup.
- Roast the peaches for about 20-25 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Prepare the burrata by allowing it to come to room temperature.
- Blend protein powder with water or milk to create a smooth consistency (optional).
- Assemble the dish by placing roasted peaches on a platter with burrata in between.
- Finish with fresh herbs and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with crackers or crostini for added texture. Adjust sweetness to taste.
