Description

A delightful blend of roasted peaches and creamy burrata cheese, enhanced with a hint of protein for a nutritious twist.


Ingredients

  • 4 ripe Fresh Peaches
  • 8 ounces Burrata Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 12 scoops Protein Powder (optional)
  • a pinch of Salt
  • Fresh Herbs (Basil or Mint) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the peaches by washing, cutting in half, and removing pits.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the peach halves, followed by sprinkle of salt and honey or maple syrup.
  4. Roast the peaches for about 20-25 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  5. Prepare the burrata by allowing it to come to room temperature.
  6. Blend protein powder with water or milk to create a smooth consistency (optional).
  7. Assemble the dish by placing roasted peaches on a platter with burrata in between.
  8. Finish with fresh herbs and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with crackers or crostini for added texture. Adjust sweetness to taste.
