- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- ¾ cup granulated sugar or sweetener of choice
- 3 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon liquid smoke
- Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) (optional)
- Whipped cream (dairy or coconut) (optional)
- A drizzle of chocolate sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a large bowl until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix in the Greek yogurt, followed by the protein powder and sweetener until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
- Stir in the liquid smoke gently.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for about 55–65 minutes, until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool the cheesecake in the oven for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Let the cheesecake cool in the oven to prevent cracks. Adjust sweetness to taste before baking.
