- 1 cup Fresh Figs, chopped
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2–3 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup, to taste
- 1 scoop Protein Powder (vanilla flavored)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by washing and chopping your fresh figs.
- Blend the chopped figs in a blender until smooth.
- Mix in the Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the honey (or maple syrup) and lemon juice, then blend again.
- Stir in the protein powder gradually to avoid clumping.
- Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve topped with reserved fig slices or garnishes of your choice.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt and use agave syrup instead of honey.
