- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes until golden and let it cool.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Mix in the espresso powder, melted white chocolate, protein powder, and sour cream.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating until just combined.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Cool in the oven for an hour and then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
