A light yet indulgent dessert combining the floral notes of jasmine with the sweetness of ripe white peaches.

- 3 ripe White Peaches
- 1 cup brewed Jasmine Green Tea
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 tablespoon Gelatin Powder
- 2 tablespoons Water
Instructions
- Brew your jasmine green tea. Bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil, remove it from heat and steep for about 5 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature.
- Prepare the gelatin by sprinkling it over 2 tablespoons of cool water in a small bowl and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Blend peeled and pitted white peaches with cooled jasmine tea, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup or honey until smooth.
- Warm the bloomed gelatin in a small saucepan for about a minute until fully dissolved and mix it into the peach-yogurt blend.
- Whip the remaining heavy cream until soft peaks form and fold it gently into the peach mixture.
- Chill the mousse in serving dishes for at least 120 minutes, or until set.
Notes
Garnish with mint, crushed pistachios, or peach slices for serving.
