Description

A light yet indulgent dessert combining the floral notes of jasmine with the sweetness of ripe white peaches.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ripe White Peaches
  • 1 cup brewed Jasmine Green Tea
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Instructions

  1. Brew your jasmine green tea. Bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil, remove it from heat and steep for about 5 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Prepare the gelatin by sprinkling it over 2 tablespoons of cool water in a small bowl and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Blend peeled and pitted white peaches with cooled jasmine tea, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup or honey until smooth.
  4. Warm the bloomed gelatin in a small saucepan for about a minute until fully dissolved and mix it into the peach-yogurt blend.
  5. Whip the remaining heavy cream until soft peaks form and fold it gently into the peach mixture.
  6. Chill the mousse in serving dishes for at least 120 minutes, or until set.

Notes

Garnish with mint, crushed pistachios, or peach slices for serving.
