Ingredients

- 2 cups Pasta (uncooked)
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 large Eggs
- 4 tablespoons Butter (melted)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs (for topping)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- Optional add-ins: Cooked Bacon or Ham, Chopped Broccoli or Spinach, Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente (about 7-8 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- Prep your muffin tin by greasing it with non-stick spray.
- Make the cheese sauce by combining shredded cheese, melted butter, and milk in a mixing bowl. Stir in the eggs.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce until each piece is coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin, filling each well almost to the top.
- Top with reserved cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for 5 minutes in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
