Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh Peaches, sliced
  • 4 slices of Bread (sourdough, brioche, or whole-grain)
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Mint Leaves (optional)
  • Nuts or Seeds, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast your bread to a beautiful golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Prepare the peaches by washing and slicing them into thin wedges.
  3. Sauté the peach wedges in a skillet with honey or cinnamon for 3-5 minutes if you prefer.
  4. Whip the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and spreadable.
  5. Assemble by spreading cream cheese on each slice of toast.
  6. Place peach slices artfully on top of the cream cheese.
