Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 cup Milk (whole, almond, oat, or coconut)
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Optional Toppings: Whipped cream, sliced strawberries, chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Prep your strawberries: Rinse and slice them. If using frozen, thaw beforehand.
  2. Sweeten the strawberries: Toss with sugar and let sit for 10 minutes to create syrup.
  3. Blend it together: Combine sweetened strawberries, milk, and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Strain for smoothness (optional): Strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired.
  5. Taste test: Adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sugar and blend again.
  6. Chill or serve: Serve immediately over ice or chill for an hour before serving.
  7. Garnish: Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and sliced strawberries.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake before serving.
