Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Milk (whole, almond, oat, or soy)
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix the rolled oats, pecans, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk the milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes, slice, and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra crunch, sprinkle some pecans and drizzle maple syrup on top before baking. This dish can be made ahead of time and stored for up to 5 days.
