  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the diced onions and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix in the cooked bacon, ketchup, and mustard until well combined and remove from heat.
  5. Roll out the biscuit dough, separating and flattening each biscuit into a circle.
  6. Assemble the stuffed biscuits by placing a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center and topping with cheese.
  7. Wrap the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
