- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices crispy bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the diced onions and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked bacon, ketchup, and mustard until well combined and remove from heat.
- Roll out the biscuit dough, separating and flattening each biscuit into a circle.
- Assemble the stuffed biscuits by placing a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center and topping with cheese.
- Wrap the edges of the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Egg wash the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
