Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Beat the egg whites in a clean bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until foamy.
- Add the cream of tartar and salt; increase to high speed and beat until soft peaks form.
- Incorporate honey gradually, then slowly mix in the protein powder until glossy and stiff peaks form.
- Infuse the mixture with culinary lavender gently using a spatula.
- Form dollops of the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes, then turn off the oven and let sit with the door cracked for 30 minutes.
- Cool the clouds and serve topped with berries, yogurt, or a drizzle of honey.
Notes
