Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Protein Powder (vanilla-flavored)
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tsp Dried Culinary Lavender
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Optional Toppings: Fresh berries, yogurt, extra honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Beat the egg whites in a clean bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until foamy.
  3. Add the cream of tartar and salt; increase to high speed and beat until soft peaks form.
  4. Incorporate honey gradually, then slowly mix in the protein powder until glossy and stiff peaks form.
  5. Infuse the mixture with culinary lavender gently using a spatula.
  6. Form dollops of the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for about 45-50 minutes, then turn off the oven and let sit with the door cracked for 30 minutes.
  8. Cool the clouds and serve topped with berries, yogurt, or a drizzle of honey.

Notes
