Ingredients
Scale
- 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Raspberry Puree
- 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Protein Powder
- Pinch of Salt
Instructions
- Blend the Cheese and Yogurt: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and Greek yogurt. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, blend until smooth and creamy, about 2–3 minutes.
- Add the Raspberry Puree: Pour in your raspberry puree, and continue to mix until incorporated.
- Flavor Boost with Vanilla and Salt: Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Blend for another minute to combine.
- Incorporate the Protein Powder: Gradually add in the protein powder while mixing on low, then increase speed to fully incorporate.
- Chill and Set: Cover your bowl or transfer to an airtight container and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Ready to Serve: Once chilled, give your cannoli cream a stir and taste. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute ricotta with blended cottage cheese. This cream can also be used as a fruit dip or over pancakes.
