Instructions
- Prep your molds by rinsing and patting them dry.
- Melt the dark chocolate gently in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Coat the molds with melted chocolate, ensuring an even layer.
- Make the filling by combining protein powder, coconut cream, sweetener, and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
- Fill each chocolate cup with the protein mixture, leaving some space at the top.
- Top with remaining melted chocolate to seal the cups.
- Final chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set completely.
