Ingredients
- Cream Cheese (16 oz)
- Greek Yogurt (1 cup)
- Protein Powder (1/2 cup)
- Sugar (3/4 cup)
- Orange Blossom Water (2 tablespoons)
- Eggs (2 large)
- Graham Crackers (1 ½ cups, crushed)
- Butter (1/2 cup, melted)
- Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the crust by mixing the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined, then pressing into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Make the filling by beating the cream cheese until smooth, then adding the Greek yogurt and sugar.
- Incorporate the protein powder, orange blossom water, vanilla extract, and eggs into the mixture, beating until smooth.
- Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool the cheesecake in the oven with the door slightly ajar for about an hour, then let it cool to room temperature before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Serve the cheesecake by removing it from the pan and garnishing as desired.
Notes
For variations, try adding cocoa powder, mixed berries, or a caramel drizzle. Serve chilled for the best experience.
