Description

Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese (16 oz)
  • Greek Yogurt (1 cup)
  • Protein Powder (1/2 cup)
  • Sugar (3/4 cup)
  • Orange Blossom Water (2 tablespoons)
  • Eggs (2 large)
  • Graham Crackers (1 ½ cups, crushed)
  • Butter (1/2 cup, melted)
  • Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by mixing the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined, then pressing into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Make the filling by beating the cream cheese until smooth, then adding the Greek yogurt and sugar.
  4. Incorporate the protein powder, orange blossom water, vanilla extract, and eggs into the mixture, beating until smooth.
  5. Bake the cheesecake for 50-60 minutes until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool the cheesecake in the oven with the door slightly ajar for about an hour, then let it cool to room temperature before chilling in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  7. Serve the cheesecake by removing it from the pan and garnishing as desired.
