Instructions
- Scramble the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet until just set.
- Brown the sausage in a separate skillet until crispy and golden, then set aside.
- Sauté the diced bell peppers in the same skillet until tender.
- Combine the scrambled eggs, sausage, sautéed veggies, and cheese in a bowl.
- Fill each tortilla with the egg mixture, folding to secure.
- Sear the burritos seam-side down in a skillet until golden on each side.
