Ingredients

  • 6-inch Flour Tortillas
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Breakfast Sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Bell Peppers (diced)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Salsa (optional)

Instructions

  1. Scramble the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet until just set.
  2. Brown the sausage in a separate skillet until crispy and golden, then set aside.
  3. Sauté the diced bell peppers in the same skillet until tender.
  4. Combine the scrambled eggs, sausage, sautéed veggies, and cheese in a bowl.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the egg mixture, folding to secure.
  6. Sear the burritos seam-side down in a skillet until golden on each side.
