- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into balls, roughly 1 tablespoon each, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Heat marinara sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Serve meatballs with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Add a sprinkle of fresh parsley or grated Parmesan before serving. These meatballs can also be made ahead of time and frozen.
