Description

Irresistible mini meatball dippers, perfect for game day or family gatherings, served with a zesty marinara sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls, roughly 1 tablespoon each, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Heat marinara sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Serve meatballs with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Add a sprinkle of fresh parsley or grated Parmesan before serving. These meatballs can also be made ahead of time and frozen.
