Ingredients

- 4 cups Fresh Spinach
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Sauté the garlic in a medium skillet with melted butter over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the spinach and sauté for 3-5 minutes until wilted.
- Cream it up by reducing heat to low and adding cream cheese, stirring until melted.
- Pour in milk and stir until smooth, adding more if needed for consistency.
- Mix in cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Blend the sauce if a smoother texture is desired.
- Serve over your favorite pasta and enjoy!
