Description

A creamy, cheesy spinach sauce that toddlers love, packed with nutrients and perfect for pasta.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the garlic in a medium skillet with melted butter over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add the spinach and sauté for 3-5 minutes until wilted.
  3. Cream it up by reducing heat to low and adding cream cheese, stirring until melted.
  4. Pour in milk and stir until smooth, adding more if needed for consistency.
  5. Mix in cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Blend the sauce if a smoother texture is desired.
  8. Serve over your favorite pasta and enjoy!

This sauce can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days in the fridge. Freeze for up to 3 months.
