- 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
- 4 large Tortillas, any type
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese, cheddar or mozzarella
- 1 cup Fresh Vegetables, diced (such as bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by gathering and chopping everything necessary.
- Mix in a large bowl: shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheese, diced veggies, and green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread a generous amount of the mixture onto the center of a tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Cook in a preheated skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice diagonally and serve on a platter.
