Description

Delicious roll-ups filled with tender chicken, zesty ranch, and crispy veggies, all wrapped in tortillas.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
  • 4 large Tortillas, any type
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese, cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup Fresh Vegetables, diced (such as bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers)
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering and chopping everything necessary.
  2. Mix in a large bowl: shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheese, diced veggies, and green onions. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread a generous amount of the mixture onto the center of a tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  5. Cook in a preheated skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Slice diagonally and serve on a platter.
