Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- Combine dry ingredients: whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon in a bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients: in another bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, eggs, and milk until smooth.
- Merging the mixtures: gently fold the wet mixture into the dry mixture.
- Prepare the cinnamon filling by mixing brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Fill the muffin tin: spoon a tablespoon of batter, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar, and cover with more batter.
