Description

Delicious Cheesy Taco Sticks that combine crispy tortillas with a flavorful beef filling and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 ½ cups Shredded cheese
  • 6 large Tortillas
  • Sour cream (for serving)
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and a splash of water, simmering for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Prepare the tortillas by laying them out and warming them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and cheese, rolling tightly.
  6. Arrange the rolled taco sticks on a baking sheet seam-side down and spray with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is oozing out.
  8. Serve warm with sour cream and garnished with cilantro.

Notes

For an extra crispy finish, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. Customize with your favorite fillings!
