Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix your dry ingredients in a large bowl: rolled oats, chopped nuts, and cinnamon.
- Add the wet ingredients in a smaller bowl: pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients until well-coated.
